Two Chinese Girls Rescued From Neighbors Dungeon

Two teenage girls were found in naked and chained up in a neighbors underground dungeon. The girls aged 16 and 19 had been kidnapped and held there since July of 2009. One of the girls had lived only 200 meters away from her capture.

The girls sent out secret notes with the trash hoping someone would find it and rescue them. One of their notes was placed inside a broken TV set and was found by a TV repairman. The note contained their whereabouts and captures name. Here's a CNN video clip with more information on the story:

A recent 60 Minutes segment revealed the secretive "Bloom Box" technology and how it's already working to help large companies save money on energy costs.

The Bloom Box could become the mainstream of future green energy, used for businesses as well as regular homes. The Bloom Box green energy technology is currently being tested on large companies such as Google, Fed Ex, and Wal-Mart, and Ebay.

So why haven't we heard more about "Bloom Energy" and "The Bloom Box" over the course of its development? That's a question that only the founder of "Bloom Energy" K.R. Sridhar can answer.

As investigators dig deeper into what has happened to Jaycee Lee Dugard over the past 18 years since she was abducted by registered sex offender Philip Garrido and his wife Nancy, information regarding Jaycee's two daughters is being revealed for the first time.

Witnesses have told police that Jaycee Lee Dugard and Philip Garrido's two daughters are named Angel and Starlet and appeared to be polite, well adjusted girls. Those who knew Angel and Starlet had no idea what kind of situation they had grown up in, or that their mother had been kidnapped at the age of 11.

People who have met Jaycee Dugard over the years while she worked at Philip Garrido's printing company are shocked to learn that she was a victim, living in filthy backyard tents.

British "Texting While Driving" PSA Video Goes Viral

The graphic video of a group of teens getting into a serious car crash because they were busy texting instead of watching the road is designed to show teenagers how dangerous texting while driving really is.

Not only should every driving teenager worldwide watch this scary video but so should all of the adults out there who text and talk on cell phones while driving, including parents.

It's not only teens that text that are dangerous on the roads but people of all ages who aren't aware of their surroundings while driving.

I think this British texting while driving PSA should become part of driver's education to every new driver getting their lisence. It's a great wake up call of the reality of taking your eyes off the road, even for only a few seconds at a time.
